What Is Your Return Policy?
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your order and offer a 30 day return policy. You may return your items within 30 days from shipment delivery
for a full refund, exchange, or store credit(shipping will not be refunded)*.
To authorize a return you must email us at art@nothinbutprints.com:
1. Include your Order # and your Name. 2. Include item numbers you would like to return. 3. Specify if you would like a refund or exchange. 4. We will respond with an authorization number and return instructions. NOTE: All returned items must be in resellable
condition: no creases, pinholes, etc.
Return policy for Canvas TransfersIf you receive a
damaged or incorrect print, contact us to arrange a free replacement within 5 days of delivery: art@nothinbutprints.com

Return Policy for Canvas Transfers
Canvas Transfers are made to order and therefore we only offer exchange or store credit on Canvas Transfer returns.
Also, the actual shipping cost (which is greater than our standard shipping rates) may be deducted from any store credit in case of return.
(Generally the shipping cost per Canvas Transfer is $10 - $15.) Top

What Payment types do You accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, and money orders.
All forms of payment must be in U.S. funds.
Orders paid with checks or money orders will not begin processing until payment is received and funds have cleared. Top

Is Ordering online with my credit card safe?
Yes, ordering online with your credit card is safe. Ordering is done on a secure SSL server which encrypts your sensitive data. In fact using your credit card online is safer than using it offline.

A note about sizes.
We make every effort to insure the sizes listed for a print are exact. However, all of the print sizes are given to us by our suppliers and it is standard policy to round up the size. Since there may be a slight discrepancy in the size listed and
the size of print you receive, we suggest that you do not purchase frames for the prints you order until you have the actual item.

What are the Shipping Charges?
We ship our prints via USPS Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS. The rates are as follows:
U.S.: $5.99 flat fee. NO additional per print shipping cost.
Canada: $9.99 flat fee. NO additional per print shipping cost.
International: $19.99 for the first print. $0.99 for each additional print.
At our discretion we may use alternate shipping methods than those listed above.
During Free Shipping promotions, returned print orders will be charged the standard shipping cost. Canvas Transfer orders will be charged actual shipping cost if returned, which is generally between $10-$15 per canvas.

When should I receive my order?
Average order processing times:
Prints: 2-6 business days
Canvas Transfers: 5-7 business days
Average shipment times:
U.S.: 2-5 business days
Canada: 2-3 weeks*
International: 2-3 weeks*
*Shipments may be held up in customs which may add additional transit time.
To maintain our low shipping rates, all items will be shipped together if possible.
If items are out of stock or on backorder, we may wait until all items are in stock to ship your order.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time.

How are the prints packaged and shipped?
All open edition prints are shipped rolled inside heavy paper in heavyweight cardboard tubes. Some smaller prints, such as 5x7's as well as all Canvas Transfers are shipped flat with extra padding. We ship all of our packages via USPS, FedEx, or UPS.

What About Sales Tax?
We are located in Washington State, USA.
Sales Tax of 8.4% will be added to all orders from Washington residents. Sales tax is only charged on merchandise and not calculated for any shipping costs.

What about import duties and customs?
We are required by law to state the value of all shipments sent to international destinations. Orders shipped to a non U.S. address may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other fees. We do not charge these fees when you place your order. You are responsible
for any of these additional fees placed by your government.
